The table below will guide you through the steps of becoming a qualified Non-Principal Property Practitioner via a PPRA equivalency exemption process. This will grant you an exemption against the required NQF4 / NQF5 qualification and you will not be required to complete the NQF qualifications.

3. | Complete your PPRA workplace training kit over a 6 month period. | R3950 | 6 months |
4. | Register for the Professional Designated Exam Level 4 (PDE4). This can only be completed once your PPRA workplace training modules have been completed, ticked off on your PPRA portal and your PPRA exemption granted by the PPRA. | R4624 | 6 – 8 weeks |

To become a Principal Property Practitioner the following steps, need to be taken: | |||
5. | Enrol with an accredited training provider to complete your NQF5 qualification. (Registration forms sent on request) | NQF5 from R8500 / NQF5 RPL from R4500 | 3 – 6 months |
6. | Register for the Professional Designated Exam Level 5 (PDE5).
