Realty Solutions provides an FFC application service that processes your fidelity fund certificate application with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and can be obtained for you within a very short period of time.
The property practitioner is provided with updated reports via Whats app and we handle the entire process. Document templates for the application are sent to you via email for your convenience.
Status Upgrade from Full Status to Principal – R4000 (PPRA fee – R3105 + PPRA Admin Fees)
Realty Solutions offers a streamlined application process for the property practitioner wanting to upgrade to principal status.
This is for property practitioners that have completed NQF4 / PDE4 / NQF5 and now wanting to run their own estate agency.
The Principal FFC once completed, will be emailed to the client, along with regular updates throughout the process.
Agency Registration – R4000
PPRA related fees – R3105 new principal / R2651 current principal + PPRA Admin Fees
Realty Solutions offers a streamlined agency application process, making it effortless and efficient for the agency and principal. This service includes compiling of required documents, processing with our consultant at the PPRA, managing payments to the PPRA and completion of the agency registration. Principal and Firm FFC to be emailed to the client.
Adding a Trust Account – R3500
PPRA related fees – R640 PPRA Admin Fee
Realty Solutions is able to assist with adding a trust account to your agency should you have been exempted from holding a trust account when registering your agency.
Removal of Current Principal – R4000
Realty Solutions offers this service to all agencies should they wish to remove their current principal from their agency in order to instate a new one.

A streamlined intern logbook kit which provides you with a hard copy logbook, additional documents inserted, divided up into sections, sticky notes for signatures and project templates provided. Your Logbook Kit will be couriered to you (included in the cost) with instructions on how to complete.
Realty Solutions provides ONGOING assistance throughout the process via phone, Whatsapp and email. This very simple process enables you to have your Logbook ready for submission within a few days.
Intern Logbook Projects Package – R1000
Realty Solutions understands that the required projects that are set out in the PPRA Intern Logbook can be time consuming and somewhat difficult to complete without guidance. The PPRA Project Package will allow you to complete all 10 projects with the assistance of our facilitator at anytime and templates to guide you on the requirements of each project.

Property Practitioners Workplace Training Modules – R3950
Realty Solutions offers a personalised, easy-to-follow kit. The required tasks have been prepared and are easily achievable with our assistance. Templates have been provided where applicable for the candidate to complete with ease.
These Workplace Training Modules are applicable to property practitioners who have been issued with their first FFC after 1 July 2024 and have been exempted form their NQF4 qualification requirement.
